American Bulldog in Pilot Hill, California For Sale

Hello,
I am rehoming my Nkc American Bulldog Female, Lola. Lola is a 4 years old, 70-80lbs, all white Nkc American Bulldog. Lola is an amazing girl who loves her family, loves our daughters who are 4 years old and 11 months old, Lola would do anything for her family to be protected. Lola is up to date on shots, Flea medicine and she will be spayed before she goes. Lola doesn't like other female dogs, gets along with chickens unless they eat her food. I am rehoming Lola due to she doesn't get along with my other female dogs or I would be keeping her. Lola is my baby I have had her since she was 8 weeks old so I will be VERY VERY VERY VERY strict about what home she goes too. I will be interview people to see what home fits for her. Lola deserves the best home so I will find her the best home!!
Requirements:
Must be a mostly inside dog, she is very calm and has manors inside the home. She loves cuddles!!
Must have a big fenced in back yard. Lola is used to living on 10 acres.
NO OTHER FEMALE DOGS OR CATS
I am a stay at home Mom so Lola is use to having someone home most of the day.
She can be in a home with kids.

Lola is OK on the leash but needs some practice with someone strong, she does pull.
Lola needs someone to play fetch with everyday as she still has a heart of a puppy when it comes to fun.
I WILL BE HAVING A CONTRACT WITH HER STATING YOU CAN NOT REHOME HER OR TAKE HER TO THE POUND. I WILL ALWAYS TAKE HER BACK IF THE HOME DOES NOT WORK. Lola is my first child so I want the best for her! AGAIN I WILL BE VERY STRICT ABOUT WHAT HOME SHE GOES TOO.
